This policy explains what Certus Power ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to add: email address, the service you are interested in, your approximate electricity bill, your location and your message. When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, assess your site, prepare a quote and follow up on it. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs Turnstile, the security check on our form. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
• FormSubmit passes form submissions on to our email inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation goes through WhatsApp (Meta).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Turnstile may set what it needs to run the security check. During our pre-launch period, a cookie remembers that you entered the preview password.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] or call +91 63621 76462 and we will respond.
